Nose – Very fresh and quite expressive in the glass, scents of dried cereal notes of malted barley, honey, dried wild flowers, touch of cinnamon and lovely raisins.

Palate – Rich and creamy, modern in style, very clean, explosive in the mouth, warming and hugely persistent. Showing lovely malted barley notes, cereal, porridge, husks and touches of vanilla, backed up with dried raisins, dried apples, scented dried flowers and honey on the end palate. Oak is extremely well balanced and lovely flavours of pre used sherry, adding to the barley notes.

Drink: Neat in a Glencairn glass or with a large ball of ice.

Other: This whisky should be in everyone’s bar or shelf to showcase great Australian whisky.
